How do I make a booking with Skybound Travels?
You can book through our website booking wizard, call our team on +234 800 000 0000, or email booking@skyboundtrav.com. A travel consultant will respond within 2 hours to confirm selections and begin planning your trip.
How long does it take to receive my booking confirmation?
Most bookings are confirmed within 24 hours. For complex multi-destination packages or last-minute requests our team works urgently and you will receive updates throughout the process.
Can I customise a standard package?
Absolutely. Every package can be customised — different hotels, extended nights, additional activities, private guides, and special arrangements. Just tell us what you need and we'll build it around your preferences.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. Most bookings require a 25–50% deposit at confirmation, with the balance due 6–8 weeks before departure. We accept bank transfers, cards, and major digital payment platforms.
Can I book for a group?
Yes. We specialise in group travel for families, corporate teams, wedding parties, and social groups. Group rates and dedicated coordination are available for parties of 10 or more.

What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Our operations team monitors all client flights 24/7. In the event of a significant disruption, we immediately contact you, rebook connections, arrange accommodation if required, and coordinate ground transport.
Can you arrange multi-city or stopover itineraries?
Yes. We specialise in complex multi-city itineraries and design efficient routes that allow you to explore multiple destinations in a single trip while managing cost and time effectively.

What star ratings do you typically book?
Our standard recommendation is 4 and 5-star properties. We have strong partnerships with Marriott, Hilton, Four Seasons, Hyatt, Rosewood, and many independent luxury properties worldwide. Budget-friendly 3-star options are also available on request.
Can you arrange hotel upgrades or special amenities?
Yes. Through our hotel partnerships we regularly secure complimentary room upgrades, early check-in, late checkout, breakfast inclusion, welcome amenities, and spa credits — at no extra cost to you.
Do you offer villa or private residence rentals?

Do you guarantee visa approval?

Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (NGN, USD, GBP, EUR), Visa, Mastercard, Verve cards, and selected digital wallets. Secure payment links are sent via email for card transactions.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never. All fees are disclosed upfront in your booking summary before you make any payment. The price you agree to is the price you pay — no surprises.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, for packages above ₦500,000 or $1,000. A structured payment plan will be agreed in your booking letter. Final payment must be cleared at least 6 weeks before departure.
Cancellations & Changes
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 60+ days before departure: full refund minus a processing fee. 30–59 days: 50% refund. Under 30 days: non-refundable in most cases. Airline and hotel-specific policies may vary. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
Can I change my travel dates after booking?
Date changes are possible subject to availability and any airline or hotel amendment fees. Contact us as early as possible — the earlier you request a change, the more options we have and the lower the potential cost.
Do you offer travel insurance?
Yes. We partner with leading travel insurers to offer comprehensive coverage including trip cancellation, medical emergency, lost baggage, and flight delays. We can arrange this alongside your booking.
